Turkish company signs agreement to build solar power plant in Italy
Natiler Energy said in a statement on Tuesday that Turkish company Natirel Energy and KURTEKS Tekstil Enerji signed an agreement to develop and construct a 50-megawatt solar off grid solar system prices power plant in Italy.
The total value of the contract is 45 million euros, which does not include the value-added tax for the project funds provided by Naturel Enerji.
The two companies will carry out project development, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) on the basis of overall design.
According to the statement, the project is considered to be one of the largest projects in Italy and Europe. For Turkish investors and EPC contractors, its size, characteristics, location and environment are unique.
The plant will be built on a solar tracking system, and the electricity generated will be sold to private consumers via PPA.
