A total of six rounds of bidding plans were released last week, with a total installed capacity of approximately 1,640 MW, including self-use solar energy (50MW). The deadline for bidding is November 26, 2021, and ground-based solar (700MW). The deadline for bidding is December 23, 2021. Innovative solar energy (excluding energy storage, 140MW), the deadline for bidding is October 26, 2021, green building solar energy (300MW), the deadline for bidding is October 22, 2021, land wind energy (700MW), the deadline for bidding is 2021 November 26, 2010, the wind and solar hybrid project (500MW), the deadline for bidding is December 23, 2021.

In the self-use solar tender, CRE pointed out that the capacity provided is 50 MW, but if eligible projects exceed the initial target, the capacity may be increased to 100 MW. This will be the first of the 14 rounds of 50 MW tenders scheduled to be held before the end of 2026.

By 2026, another nine tenders similar to those seeking ground-mounted solar projects will be held, each with a total capacity of 925 megawatts.

By 2026, 10 rounds of onshore wind power installation plans will be held, 9 of which have a target of 925 MW. Although the goal for the first round is 700 MW, it can also be expanded to 925 MW.

The timetable for the hybrid technology tender includes five rounds, with a total of 2,500 MW by 2026, with 500 MW awarded in each round.

France's Energy Plan (PPE) is a roadmap to achieve the country's goal of increasing its installed renewable energy capacity by more than 70% from 2014 levels by 2030, and making renewable energy account for 32% of final energy consumption.
